I’m just joking. Don’t go anywhere, yet. Because it may happen, you’ll find this flapjack somewhere and you’ll be wondering whether it’s worth to give it a try or not. Eventually, it’s Peanut Butter flavour, right? Right. But it’s pretty similar in the experience to the other flapjack+ from this range, Forest Berries Flavour. This is going to be quick. The scent of this protein flapjack is NOT like peanut butter anything. There’s no peanut butter whiff in this bar. Instead of that, there’s a load of oaty aroma. And well, it’s not you’d expect out of it. Neither would I. A pretty tough on the outside, this flapjack is slightly toughish on the inside. Therefore, it’s not too comfortable to bite into it. Also, it’s pretty chewy and somewhat sticky. And a bit thick. This is not anything you should ignore and approach it without a sip.

Sourish peanut butter? Well, nope.

This protein flapjack has not much peanut butter flavour in it. It’s also not too intense and it’s bland. On top of that, it has a detectable sourish touch. This combination is pretty far from being tasty or delicious. Also, it’s barely sweet and not satisfying. And that’s it when it comes to its flavour. So as you can see, it’s nothing too exciting. I was right.

Do I want another serving of this PhD Protein Flapjack+ after the first one? Nope. Not at all. It’s nothing pleasant or tasty. And it’s enough for me to say ‘thank you’.
