This is a protein bar for a real sweet tooth. It’s decently sweet, flavourish and satisfying. And it’s hard to impute it for something.
It’s not too easy to create such obvious flavours. Especially in protein bars. We have had many examples that something can go wrong in this matter, like with MyProtein Protein Bar Elite Caramel & Hazelnut that doesn’t taste like that. Or Crunch Warrior Salted Caramel, also being not that exact in its taste. However, this time Crunch Warrior White Chocolate Crisp protein bar is a delicious one. And regarding its taste or ease of eating, there’s not much I wouldn’t like in it.
This Crunch Warrior bar smells lovely. There’s an inviting smell of White Chocolate and that specific sweetness. Nothing else. This makes that bar tempting. The bar in the form of a wooden log is somewhat softish both on the outside and inside. And although it’s not as soft as a muffin, it’s still pretty comfortable to bite into. A slightly chewy bar is also a bit sticky. Hence, a sip may be needed while eating it. But it’s also possible to eat it on its own too.
And that may be not a rare scenario, as this Crunch Warrior bar is just delicious.
There’s a charming flavour of White Chocolate coating in it. There are also soya crispies underneath it happily crunching. And a layer of caramel that makes this protein bar slightly more sweet. That composition is enjoyable and highly palatable. And, of course, it’s satisfying too. Oh, while eating it, it may seem to be really, really sweet. But once you finish it, you may feel a need for eating a bit more of it. And at this moment you may realise it was decently sweet, but still not yet oversweet.
I ate an entire bar and wondering if I could have a bit more of it. And the answer is: I could. At least another half of it. Therefore, yes, I could.
When it comes to macros, it’s nothing special. A 64g bar has 241 kcal, 11g of fat, 25g of carbs (including only 2.1g of sugar) and 20g of protein. A bit biggish macros, aren’t they? The ingredients list doesn’t contain added sugar, or palm fat, or syrups. Well done!
And if only it could be a bit leaner, I mean having lower macros, then it could be the finest protein bar on the go. But it can’t. Sorry.
A decently tasty and delicious bar.
This Crunch Warrior White Chocolate Crisp High Protein Low Sugar Bar is exceptional. It smells lovely, it’s delicious, it’s pretty comfortable to eat and it has great ingredients. The only flaw here is little biggish macros that don’t allow this bar to be considered the finest protein bar on the go.
Will I ever go back to this protein bar? If I am all about the white chocolate, then yes, I will definitely go back to this tasty protein bar. Or this delicious protein flapjack from Warrior.

Great ingredients (and a bit worse macros), easy to eat and delicious. And it tastes like White Chocolate too. Can we ask for more? This protein bar is exceptional, well worth to give it a try.
